Brooks Mackintosh
Brooks has practiced law for more than twenty-five years and is a Certified Estate Planner™.
He drafts wills, living trusts, powers of attorney, advance health care directives, and other planning documents. He also represents executors and family members in probate and estate administration.
Before founding Mackintosh Law, Brooks served for ten years at the U.S. Department of Treasury and the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division. He began his practice at Covington & Burling and clerked for Judge John D. Butzner, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
